I did an adolescent thing the other day.... I watched JUSTIFIED, the whole series, and somewhere, well, I can tell you right when it happened: when Raylan was finally shot to shot with his Arch Enemy and Rival to Love, and his neck muscle twiched! Yes, that was when I fell head over heels in love with Deputy Marshall Raylan Givens... What a dreamy time it was, until I was able to unravel myself and finally sit here and post the video... It was incredible! But, ne'rmind all the fantasy and the bump back down to earth! I was inspired to write a song! At first, of course, I reached for a song that I knew, and Budapest by Jethro Tull was the order of the day, but, it was written from a male point of view, and frustrated, I one day sat down and wrote my own lyrics, as I viewed the whole scenario from a lofty height, where no one could touch me... What an unexpected and strange experience! But, it really happened - ALL IN THE MIND, and it has a happy ending and a new beginning. Dreams are good friends! I did ask around about falling in love with strangers, and people say it happens, and that it's healthy to have a fantasy. I'm not so sure, but if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't miss that moment for all the tea in China! Falling in love doesn't happen easily with me, so I was happily taken by surprise! I guess that's the 'madness of love', but, if music be the food of love, play on, I've heard it said...
